Want to return your rave essentials? We can almost hear the beat dropping with sadness! You can choose: your money back or stay in the FAC family with a voucher or another glittering item. Let us know within 14 days if you've changed your mind and then return it within the next 14 days - with track & trace, so it doesn't get lost in the rave jungle. The costs for this solo return trip? Those are for you.

Email to facshopamsterdam@gmail.com with 'RETURN "your party item"' in the subject, plus your track & trace code and bank details. Or swing through our General Terms and Conditions for the withdrawal form.

Little tip: don't try out your items at a house party; We cannot take back worn or damaged items. And to keep everyone happy, no returns on bottoms or earrings - it's a hygiene thing.

If your rave gear slips back into our arms as it left, tags and all, we'll make sure you get your money back within 14 days. This way we make breaking up a little less painful.
